Media and Analyst Registration


Welcome to the pre-registration site for media and analysts attending Arabcom 2010, May 13-14 at the Habtoor Grand Hotel, Beirut, Lebanon.

ARABCOM Media credentials are reserved for working print, online and broadcast journalists with commercial news organizations; bloggers who have more than two employees, accept advertising and regularly update their site. ARABCOM analyst credentials are reserved for industry and financial analysts who publish with recognized research firms. Corporate employees including executive, sales, marketing and PR staff of any organization are NOT eligible for media/analyst credentials.
 
Your media/analyst badge provides you with access to all exhibit floor, keynotes, Lunches and Networking events.
 
We do NOT mail media badges. You may pick up your badge onsite at the registration desk beginning Wednesday, May 13 at 4:00 p.m. You will need to provide a business card and photo ID to pick up your badge. A confirmation letter/email alone is not sufficient.
 
Pre-registration closes on Monday, May 10 at 12:00 p.m. GMT After May 10, you will need to register onsite at the Registration Counters and provide hard copies of the required credential materials to obtain your badge.
 
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Employees of marketing, public relations, advertising companies; sales reps and publishers at any type of company, art directors, technical and other non-editorial professionals are NOT eligible for media badges and should proceed to Attendee Registration.
 
If you provide content to a company blog or newsletter for marketing, public relations, advertising, sales, publishing house, technology, business or organization, etc. or other type of non-editorial professional organization, you are NOT eligible for a media badge. You must be employed full-time by the EDITORIAL SIDE of the online site.
 
If you have had bylined articles published but are employed by a marketing, public relations, advertising, publishing house, technology company, business or any other type of non-editorial professional organization, you are NOT eligible for a media badge.
 
A history of being registered at previous ARABCOM Summits does not guarantee approval or waive the credential requirements. And completing the pre-registration process does not automatically guarantee that you will receive a media badge. ARABCOM will review your credentials and notify you within one week if your registration is approved or denied.
