The most highlighted aspect of this grand event includes discussion and forum sessions with Guest speakers – who will be invited to contribute their innovative ideas and effective solutions to enlighten attendees and exhibitors.
Although we have opened invitation to International and renowned speakers, we will be giving priority to our Sponsors and exhibitors to come forth with their contributions too.
To qualify as a Guest speaker at the event, your application will be forwarded to a committee of experts who will evaluate the aspect of your presentation related to the key topic of discussion chosen by you. We will then get back to you within one week of your submission of the ‘Guest Speaker Application’ documents.
NB: When submitting the form, make sure the following is e-mailed to esm@arabcomgroup.com
- The Guest Speaker Application form – submitted in English.
- A personal passport size photograph of the speaker (in formal attire).
- Clear description of the speakers job position, title of presentation and a brief Abstract of the presentation being submitted.
- 50-100 words Biography of Speaker
Once you have been confirmed as a Guest Speaker at the event, we urge you to share your presentation with us (15 slides Max). This thus requires you to submit your presentation by the deadline assigned.
Conditions regarding PRESENTATION:
- The time-limit allotted to each participant is restricted to a maximum of 20-minutes.
- All presentations should be done in either Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat PDF formats.
- Speaker’s PowerPoint Presentation should not go beyond 15 slides.
- You cannot delegate someone else to deliver the speech. The application should be filed by the person who will be conducting the presentation.
