Roger Khater lately joined E2M/Mobision ranks as a Technical Director to optimize the delivery and streamline the operation of the Mobile TV services, based on DVB-H technologies. Roger has 10 years experience in GSM operations, Cellis/Alfa, mostly focused in engineering and operating all the IP platforms; in addition to project management, capacity planning, service availability, security measurements,  risk mitigation, processes definition and implementation. Previously, Roger engaged for 2 years with the UN, to gain international experience and exposure, on top of the technical expertise; with 2 prior years in starting up and operating a local ISP, Inconet, in Lebanon. Roger has an engineering degree from USJ/ESIB, Beirut, in 1995, and lately skilled in strategic planning and corporate governance.
