Mohsen Malaki is an independent consultant with 11 years of experience in the telecom, media, and technology markets of the Middle East and Africa region. Mr. Malaki has prior experience as a Senior Manager in Delta Partners, a regional management consulting firm focused on the TMT sector, and Consulting Director at IDC, the leading global ICT research and advisory firm. Mr. Malaki has a wealth of experience in strategic consulting projects within the MEA region, having consulted to leading operators, vendors, and investor groups in Europe and the MEA region.

Mr. Malaki has project and research experience in key operator strategies in areas such as Multiplay (IPTV, Triple Play, Quadruple play), SME go-to-market strategies, Fixed-Mobile Convergence, IMS and NGN Migration, Enterprise Mobility and the Mobile Office, Enterprise ICT solutions, Carrier-Managed IP Services, and Operator Transformation Strategies. Other areas of experience include organizational and business process transformation, compensation plans redesign, and channel strategy.

Mr. Malaki is based in Dubai, and is a graduate of Columbia University in the City of New York, and is fluent in English, Arabic and Persian.
