Emmanuel is a Senior Engagement Manager in the Value Partners Dubai office. Emmanuel brings twelve years of managerial experience in international telecoms in Europe, North America and the MEA region. Emmanuel has a strong background in mobile and fixed telecoms and has recently focused in regulatory strategy, VAS, multiple-play development and new ventures in emerging markets. He has worked on a variety of assignments including commercial strategy, business planning, commercial due diligence, regulation and commercial implementation.

Prior to joining Value Partners, Emmanuel was heading the commercial management activities of one of Orange Business Services units in London for four years and was, before this, Director of Business Development for France Telecom in New York, where he focussed on corporate strategy and development.Emmanuel holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, US, a Masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris, France. Emmanuel has also cleared all levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
