Mr. Laurent Delifer
Co-President & COO 

Laurent, co-founder of NavLink Inc., brings his entrepreneurial expertise and vision of providing world-class serviceseamless from IP application to transmission to his customers in Southern and Central Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. NavLink is quickly becoming recognised as a leader in its field, and Laurent brings his 20 years of experience in internetworking technologies (WAN/ LAN and IP), product management, and business development to the benefit of his extended international client base.  A APrior to founding NavLink, Laurent consulted for AT&T on major projects, creating ISPs in Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, from business plans through partner qualification to implementation and service launch. His background includes a career with Digital Equipment Corporation, where he held various positions including Director, Network Products from 1993 to 1996, European Networks and Communication Marketing Manager from 1991 to 1993, Enterprise Network Marketing Manager from 1988 to 1991 and Product Manager from 1983 to 1988.  This career took him from Europe to the United States
where he was recognised for his ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing market. Laurent has also served as Project Manager for IBM from 1981 to 1983. Laurent received a graduate degree from Ecole Nationale Suprieure des communications in Paris in 1981 and completed Harvard Business School executive training program in
1991.
