Mr. Hans Jurgen Tscheulin 
Managing Partner 

After studies in telecommunications science Hans Jurgen Tscheulin joined 1972 Deutsche Telekom. In the Research and Development Center in Darmstadt he was responsible in management of national satellite programs like TV-Sat and DFS-Kopernikus. He changed into a consulting position for MOPPT in Riyadh for two years and joined 1992 Detecon International GmbH in Bonn. He was the responsible project manager for THURAYA Mobile satellite system and managed the set-up of the Joint Venture WIND in Italy on behalf of Deutsche Telekom. He worked for two years as second carrier CTO in Switzerland. Since 2000 he is Managing Partner within Detecon heading a consulting unit.
