Mr. Ben Bannister
Manager 

Based at the Convergys EMEA HQ in Cambridge in the UK, Ben works in the market solutions group, with responsibility for defining and developing programmes to ensure client requirement capture, monitoring of technical and industry developments to ensure that the Convergys approach is aligned with market evolution, working with Alliance and Channel partners and also ensuring efficient communication about Convergys systems solutions and services to the communications market in general.

Before joining Geneva Technology, subsequently acquired by Convergys, Ben was Marketing Manager at Martin Dawes Systems, a developer of subscriber management systems for wireless resellers and MVNOs and prior to that was International Product Manager with DST Innovis, a developer of systems exclusively serving the Cable and Satellite Television industry.

In addition to his experience in the software industry Ben also spent 15 years working in the semiconductor industry in a range of Sales, Marketing, Operations and Customer Service roles, with Intel, Racal, National Semiconductor and AMD, based at various times in the UK, France, Germany and USA.

A BA Honours graduate in Humanities from Essex University in England, Ben also holds an MBA from Strathclyde University in Scotland, as well as an MSc in Information Systems Design from Kingston University in England and has been awarded the Diploma of the UK Chartered Institute of Marketing.
