Mr. Riadh Boukhris
Vice President, Middle East, Africa & South Asia

Riadh Boukhris incorporated Altitude in Dubai Internet City to serve the Middle East, Africa and South Asia, in June 2000. For the last four years, Riadh has built and managed a successful team of contact center experts that implemented contact centers for forward-thinking organizations in the region, like Etisalat in the UAE. These strong business achievements made Altitude the leader in its market, in the region.
At the corporate level, Riadh is also in-charge of the Telco accounts - Telefonica, France Telecom and T-System'Detecon.  
 
Previously, over a period of 12 years, Riadh held several key international positions within Alcatel Telecom, including Key Account Manager for the United Nations world-wide. He holds two Master degrees, one in Computer Sciences and one in Electronics, from the Institute of Technology of the University of Nice, France, and he completed his business studies at INSEAD Business School.
