Mr. Bertrand GRAU
Senior Consultant 

Bertrand GRAU (Senior Consultant, ANALYSYS) specialises in the liberalisation of telecommunications in emerging countries. To this respect, Mr Grau has worked on a number of issues related to the development of telecommunications in the MENA region. His recent experience includes assistance to the Algerian government in awarding fixed national and international telephony licences and assistance to an incumbent operator from the MENA region to redefine the structure of its tariffs to face competition. Mr Grau has a degree in telecommunications engineering from the Institut National Polytechnique in Grenoble, France and a postgraduate degree in business from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, France
